Tuina literally translates as “push, grasp” and is the name given to Chinese Medical Massage. It involves many massage techniques that make use of the acupuncture points and the acupuncture meridian system and can be referred to as Meridian Massage, Asian Manual Therapy and compared to Acupressure.
