The commitment varies with everyone, of course, and is very individual.

I ask that you follow what we agree is best to continue to improve your health. Your efforts are required and expected. (YOU are the one healing!) There may be exercises, there may be literature to read, there may be nutrition, there may be acupuncture or food changes to follow. Appointments times will need to be respected (I also will respect your time).
