Learn How to Stop: Knee Pain, Foot Pain, Ankle Pain, Hip Pain, This technique has been working with my patients for years and they love me for it! Does it irritate you when you walk a short distance and your back, ankles, feet, knees or hips hurt. Do you suffer with sciatic pain and have never had a back injury? Are you suffering on your feet all day? Do you think it is just old age or have you been told there is nothing wrong? Have you noticed your Great Toe/Big Toe creeping laterally? Perhaps you are starting to develop a bunion there or have had one removed. You may even have been wrongly blaming your shoes (high heel are commonly blamed for this in women). Do you feel like you need to wear arches in your shoes or your feet feel like they are splitting after a good walk. Are your ankles bent slightly inward... Normal structure / Hallux Valgus This is Hallux Valgus and becoming more prevelant... WHY?
Can it be corrected? WITHOUT In fact, as a Neuromuscular Therapist, I have worked on patients who were scheduled for surgery, some that limped in to my office using a cane and walked out on their own, with some minor therapy and these same instructions. They came back months and years later, able to walk, ride a bike among other activities that they had not been able to do for years before I taught them this simple process. This is so simple you will wonder why you were never taught it by anyone else.... And, if you have already had surgery, this information is vital to you. Just because they removed the bunion or repaired the knee, etc. does not mean it will not happen again, in fact, usually it does. Simply because, you never changed the way you walk. It is very possible, during your recovery, you actually starting walking worse by relying on your good leg. |
